This light dinner cruise features a most seaworthy cuisine: 10 different sushi pieces and one roll by NYC's most renowned sushi purveyor, Iron Chef Morimoto, and 4 widely assorted sakes, served on the cozy Manhattan, our 1920's style luxury yacht.
The menu includes a sampling of Morimoto sushi - 10 sushi pieces and 1 roll
- all served in an elegant, passed fashion while we cruise into the New
York Harbor. Classic Harbor Line and Morimoto have taken special steps
to ensure that the sushi is served in the freshest means possible for
this event: It is prepared just minutes before boarding, stored in
special coolers and served within the first hour of your cruise.
(Specific menu in our FAQ's link above.)
Some illuminated views along the way will include:
Assorted sakes (including the only USDA approved organic Junmai Ginjo and a sparkling sake),
champagne, wine, beer and soda will be provided. (One quick note: we
will serve a few rounds, but it is not an unlimited booze-cruise. We
aim to create an elegant, relaxing, peaceful, and safe experience for
all of our guests.)
Step aboard our elegant yacht for an evening of sushi & sake on NY Harbor.
If you are in to comfortable cruising or the Gilded Era of Yachting, be sure to experience our 1920’s style “commuter” yacht, Manhattan.
She was built here in the state of New York by Scarano Boat Building in 2005 and is currently the only non-sailing yacht in our Classic Harbor Line fleet. We take great pride in her New York heritage and we additionally take great pride in serving the very best of New York beers, wines, cheeses, produce & famous local bakery aboard her decks.
Edible Manhattan wrote that we are “Not Your Mother’s Circle Line”. We strive to surpass any “tourist” expectations of what a “harbor cruise” entails: we include a “Taste of NY” in our menus, maintain an unprecedented level of hospitality and we do so aboard a special, beautiful, intimate yacht built by NY craftsmen.
Classically-lined & comfortable with teak decks and mahogany rails, she can accommodate up to 50 for dinner & 75 for passed hors d’ oeuvres. She features an enclosed, cushioned observatory surrounded by large windows & skylights. She is equipped for all weather with a/c & heating and thus operates comfortably from early spring through New Year’s Day.
